Sex, Lipstick, and Arrogance

Clearly Obama made the "Lipstick on a Pig" analogy, referring to McCain's policies. However, anyone who watched Palin's acceptance speech chuckled, including Obama. I thought it was very clever. What seemed to get overlooked was his next policy analogy, " . . .an old dead fish wrapped in today's newspaper still stinks after eight years. again, very clever. The pro Obama crowd and the rest of America perceives: Lipstick and Pig=Palin and Old Dead Fish = McCain. I don't understand the McCain camp's response to this. They are demanding an apology for this "sexist" remark. If they are so disgusted by sexism why in the world did let their delegates display buttons that read," Hottest Governor from the coolest state." at their convention?

Oh wait I think I got it. Sexism is not to be tolerated when it congers up images of "ugly and fat" women , but when sexism congers up images of "attractive and fuck-able" women it is encouraged.

We don't know how Gov. Palin feels about all this BS because SHE HASN'T BEEN ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO THE NATIONAL NEWS MEDIA! SHE'S ONLY GIVEN A FEW SPEECHES ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL. In fact FOX, CNN, AND MS NBC interupted regularly scheduled programing last night to show (in it's entirety) Palin's speech to her Alaskan supporters. Funny, I haven't seen any campaign speeches in their entirety by Obama or Biden on these networks. Damn "liberal" media!

Rick Davis (whose first name is only missing the letter 'P' to truly describe him) is McCain's campaign manager and "former" lobbyist. He shows his true contempt and lack of respect for the American voter in this interview with Chris Wallace.

The McCain campaign slogan shouldn't be "America First" it should be "Politics First". If you're short on time start watching at 3 minutes in, and watch til the end. I never thought I say this to a Fox Commentator but, kudos Chris Wallace.
